Korea's medical tax refund for foreign patients applies only at clinics registered with the Ministry of Health and Welfare as institutions for international patients.
MILI Clinic Dosan holds registration M-2024-01-08-7718, issued by the Mayor of Seoul and valid 12 Mar 2024 – 11 Mar 2027. That number can be verified independently — it is worth checking for any Korean clinic you are considering, not only this one.
Certificates and records are issued under the fee schedule published by Korean medical regulation. Ask before you leave — issuing them retrospectively from overseas is slower.
These are administrative document fees only. They do not include consultation or treatment costs, which are quoted at consultation.
Most overseas insurers want an itemised treatment confirmation and a receipt showing the procedure performed. Both can be issued in English. If your insurer has a specific form, bring it to the appointment rather than emailing it later.
